From the very first phone call with Jen, I knew I didn’t need to look anywhere else. She was so genuine, easy to talk to, and incredibly understanding I didn’t even bother reading any reviews because I just had a good feeling, and I’m so glad I trusted it!On the day of the service, my little girl was unexpectedly home sick, and both Jen and Ben were so kind and understanding being parents themselves, they completely got it. They worked around us without any fuss and were so respectful and thoughtful the entire time.They’re professional, detailed, efficient, and just really down-to-earth people. It’s rare to find such a great combo of quality service and genuine care.And the best part? The best service northside of the river. Lovely couple, excellent service, accommodating of change of date and quick and efficient. Look no further than these two Ben and Jen are fantastic. Nothing is a bother and they are friendly and approachable. AND the service actually LASTS THE FULL 12 MONTHS, unlike other companies. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

If you are due for your annual termite inspection or if you are having problems with cockroaches, spiders etc give them a call - you will be very happy with their politeness, punctuality and expert advice.

Contacted Jen desperate after waking up to the whole family covered in bites, including our 3 month old baby. She not only calmed my nerves by responding very quickly to all my suggestions of what it could be but they also managed to squeeze us in on short notice sort the problem (bird mites) and even followed up to make sure the family was ok and problem was solved.
